Capgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive to Payment Technical Architect.This person will have minimum 15+ years of experience working in an IT Organization as part of a Payments group in the role of Lead Payments technical SME / Lead Technical Architect. Must have experiences in multi-country implementation of leading Payments Product at large banks.Additional Responsibilities Include:Architect and Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications for banking and financial clients.Microservices Development: Design, implement, and manage microservices architecture to support business needs, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and resilience.Messaging Systems Integration: Integrate messaging platforms like Kafka, TIBCO JMS, or RabbitMQ for real-time data processing and event-driven systems.Compliance and KYC: Work on compliance-related solutions, including KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and other regulatory requirements.SDLC Management: Oversee project execution using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
